Organization Guidelines

AIMAMEDIA Foundation is an NGO registered under the Government of India. Its area of operation extends across the entire country of India. All rights and powers of the Association are vested with the Founder President.

Under AIMAMEDIA Foundation, All India Media Association is an organization that is progressing towards becoming a vast media organization by enrolling media workers/activists, journalists, theatre artists, and literary personalities associated with social media, print media, and electronic media from across the country as its members.

The objective of the organization is to unite and raise voices against exploitation, express views in the national interest, discover talents, monitor political activities, communicate government policies to the public, and spread awareness among citizens.

The organization also aims to honor media workers, journalists, artists, and literary personalities who have made remarkable contributions in their respective fields and support media workers working in the national interest.

It further aims to empower oppressed and marginalized sections of society by making them aware of their rights and providing them with opportunities for recognition.

Member Guidelines

• Members must prioritize news related to victims of social exploitation and public issues.
• Members must avoid sensationalism and content that harms any individual’s dignity or spreads negativity.
• Efforts should be made to promote hidden talents through social media platforms.
• Social workers should be highlighted to inspire society.
• Misuse of identity card or membership for influence is strictly prohibited.
• Units will be formed at national, state, district, and local levels.
• The National President has authority to appoint unit heads.
• Membership applications are accepted only through the official website.
• Applicants are responsible for submitted information and documents.
• Minimum age requirement is 21 years.
• Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Membership is for social service activities only.
• Misconduct or illegal activity will lead to immediate termination.
• Membership ID cards are issued only to lifetime members via email.
• Lifetime membership duration is 20 years.
• The organization reserves the right to dissolve any unit without notice.
• The organization may modify rules and website at any time.
• All content on the website is protected under copyright laws.
• If any office bearer or member wishes to resign from the Association, they may submit a written resignation request to the Head Office either in person or through registered post/email. Upon acceptance of the resignation, the member shall immediately cease to hold any position, authority, membership rights, or privileges associated with AIMAMEDIA / AIMAMEDIA Foundation. As all membership fees and contributions are treated as voluntary donations towards organizational activities, no refund shall be applicable upon resignation or cancellation of membership.
