Organization Guidelines

AIMAMEDIA Foundation is an NGO registered by the Government of India. Its area of operation extends across the entire country. All rights of the Association are vested with the Founder President.

Under AIMAMEDIA Foundation, All India Media Association is an organization that is moving towards becoming a vast media organization by enrolling media workers/activists, journalists, theatre artists, and literary personalities associated with social media, print media, and electronic media across the country as its members.

The objective of the organization is to unite and raise voices against exploitation, express views in the national interest, discover talents, monitor the activities of political parties, communicate government policies to the public, spread awareness among citizens, raise voices against exploitation, oppose incorrect government policies, conduct debates on various subjects, and identify hidden talents.

The objective of the organization is to honor media workers/activists, journalists, artists, literary personalities, and distinguished individuals who have made remarkable contributions in the field of media, upload national and regional news on its website, and support media workers working in the national interest under all circumstances.

The objective of the organization is to make oppressed and victimized sections of society aware of their rights, guide them towards justice, bring hidden talents from remote areas to the global platform, and provide them opportunities to receive proper recognition and respect.

Member Guidelines

• Members of the Association must prioritize news related to victims of social exploitation and oppression or issues related to public problems, so that the administration/government may take cognizance of them and provide timely solutions.
• Members of the All India Media Association must avoid the negative aspects of media. They must stay away from sensational news and any content that harms the respect of any individual personality. The membership of those who use such content will be terminated. Members must also avoid news that spreads negativity in society.
• If information about hidden talents in society is found, efforts must be made to enhance them through social media.
• Social workers who work selflessly for the betterment of society without any publicity should also be brought to the forefront so that they can become a source of inspiration for common citizens of society.
• Using the identity card or membership certificate of the All India Media Association to exert undue influence over any officer, leader, or any other person shall be considered a criminal offense, and the membership of such individuals will be immediately terminated.
• Units of the Association will be formed at national, state, district, city, town, and village levels.
• In the Association, the National President has the authority to appoint Presidents and General Secretaries of all units. Unit Presidents and General Secretaries will independently expand their respective units.
• Applications for membership of the Association can only be submitted online through the official website of the Association.
• The applicant is fully responsible for all details filled on the website and the photograph uploaded during the membership application process.
• The minimum age of the applicant must be 21 years.
• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Membership of the All India Media Association is provided for social service activities. If any member or office bearer is found involved in anti-social activities or activities against the Constitution of India, and a verbal or written complaint is received at the head office, their membership will be immediately terminated and the office bearer will be removed from their position. This information, along with their photograph, will also be uploaded on the website.
• Only lifetime members will receive their membership identity card and certificate via email.
• The duration of lifetime membership is 20 years.
• The National President of AIMAMEDIA Foundation has the right to dissolve any or all units of the Association at any time without prior notice.
• AIMA may modify or shut down its website at any time.
• AIMA may change its rules and regulations as required from time to time.
• The Director or President of AIMAMEDIA Foundation reserves the rights to make any amendments, suspension, or dissolution within the organization, and for this, AIMA shall not be liable to any member or third party.
• All text, photographs, graphics, videos, and audio content included on our website are protected under copyright laws of India and other countries as collective works or compilations. We (subject to the rights of our admin) and the admin hold all rights under applicable agreements. Therefore, all articles, blogs, videos, and other content on our website are copyrighted works. You must follow all copyright notices and restrictions on our website.
• If any office bearer or member wishes to resign from the Association, they may submit a written resignation request to the Head Office either in person or through registered post/email. Upon acceptance of the resignation, the member shall immediately cease to hold any position, authority, membership rights, or privileges associated with AIMAMEDIA / AIMAMEDIA Foundation. As all membership fees and contributions are treated as voluntary donations towards organizational activities, no refund shall be applicable upon resignation or cancellation of membership.
• The Association shall not pay any remuneration to members for uploading news or for any other services.
• I have carefully read and understood all the rules and conditions of All India Media Association and I fully agree with them and wish to become a member of the Association.

Additional Mandatory Policy Clauses for AIMAMEDIA Foundation

• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to the membership, activities, website usage, or policies of AIMAMEDIA Foundation / All India Media Association shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Uttarakhand, India.
• Legal Business Name: The legal name of the organization is: AIMAMEDIA Foundation (Operating through All India Media Association) The organization is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered under the applicable laws of India.
• Termination Clause AIMAMEDIA Foundation reserves the right to suspend, terminate, cancel, or revoke the membership of any member, office bearer, volunteer, or associated person without prior notice if: The member is found involved in anti-social, illegal, unconstitutional, unethical, or defamatory activities. The member misuses the Association’s name, identity card, membership certificate, logo, or designation for personal gain or unlawful influence. False information or forged documents are submitted during registration. The member acts against the objectives, policies, dignity, or reputation of the organization. Any complaint, whether verbal or written, is received and found valid after internal review. Upon termination, the member shall immediately cease using the name, logo, identity card, or designation associated with AIMAMEDIA Foundation or All India Media Association. The organization reserves the full right to remove or dissolve any unit, appointment, designation, or membership at its sole discretion.
• Intellectual Property Rights All content published on the official website, social media platforms, publications, or digital platforms of AIMAMEDIA Foundation including but not limited to: Text Articles Blogs Graphics Logos Photographs Videos Audio Designs Documents Membership materials are the exclusive intellectual property of AIMAMEDIA Foundation unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, republication, distribution, or commercial use of any material without prior written permission from AIMAMEDIA Foundation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of India. Members submitting content to the organization grant AIMAMEDIA Foundation a non-exclusive right to publish, display, edit, and distribute such content for organizational, promotional, educational, and public-interest purposes.
• Limitation of Liability : AIMAMEDIA Foundation and All India Media Association shall not be held liable for: Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of membership, website services, published content, or organizational activities. Actions, statements, opinions, or conduct of individual members, office bearers, or third parties. Any technical interruption, website downtime, loss of data, delay, cyberattack, or unauthorized access to digital platforms. Any financial, professional, personal, or reputational loss incurred by members or users while participating in organizational activities. All members participate voluntarily and at their own responsibility. The organization does not guarantee employment, remuneration, government recognition, media accreditation, or financial benefits through membership.
• Website Usage Policy By accessing or using the official website of AIMAMEDIA Foundation, users agree: Not to upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or misleading content. Not to attempt unauthorized access to the website server, database, or member information. Not to misuse website resources for fraudulent or illegal purposes. The organization reserves the right to remove any content or restrict website access without prior notice.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy
  
  All payments, donations, membership fees, registration charges, and contributions made to AIMAMEDIA Foundation are treated as voluntary donations for supporting organizational and social activities and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time by submitting a written request along with valid membership details to the Head Office through official communication channels. Upon approval of cancellation, the membership rights and organizational privileges of the member shall immediately cease. No refund, partial refund, return, or charge reversal shall be applicable under any circumstances after successful payment.
• Amendment of Policies AIMAMEDIA Foundation reserves the right to modify, update, amend, suspend, or discontinue any rule, policy, membership structure, website feature, or organizational activity at any time without prior notice. Continued use of membership or website services after such modifications shall be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Acceptance of Terms By applying for membership, using the website, or participating in organizational activities, the applicant/member confirms that: They have carefully read and understood all rules, regulations, policies, and conditions of AIMAMEDIA Foundation / All India Media Association. They voluntarily agree to abide by all organizational guidelines and decisions.
