लखनऊ: स्मार्ट मीटरों की रीडिंग को लेकर उत्तरप्रदेश के लखनऊ में नया विवाद उभर कर सामने आया है। कई उपभोक्ताओं के घरों में लगे स्मार्ट मीटरों की रीडिंग पुराने चेक मीटरों की तुलना में अधिक पाई गई है। खासकर गोमतीनगर के विशाल खंड में एक उपभोक्ता के घर स्मार्ट मीटर ने पुराने मीटर से 52 यूनिट अधिक रीडिंग दिखाई, जबकि दूसरे घर में 41 यूनिट का अंतर दर्ज हुआ।

राज्य विद्युत उपभोक्ता परिषद के अध्यक्ष अवधेश कुमार वर्मा ने इस मामले को गंभीर बताते हुए कहा कि यदि हर मामले में स्मार्ट मीटर की रीडिंग ज्यादा आ रही है तो इसकी गुणवत्ता की जांच Central Power Research Institute से करवाई जानी चाहिए। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि यूपी में अब तक लगभग 85 लाख स्मार्ट मीटर लगाए जा चुके हैं।

Uttar Pradesh Police के अंतर्गत Jalaun Police की साइबर थाना टीम ने ऑनलाइन ठगी के एक मामले में बड़ी सफलता हासिल करते हुए पीड़ित को 1,72,900 की पूरी धनराशि वापस कराई है। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, उरई कोतवाली क्षेत्र के तुलसी नगर निवासी एक व्यक्ति के साथ क्रेडिट कार्ड के माध्यम से केवाईसी अपडेट कराने के नाम पर साइबर ठगी की गई थी। ठगों ने धोखाधड़ी कर पीड़ित के खाते से 1,72,900 ट्रांसफर कर लिए थे। पीड़ित द्वारा साइबर पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज कराने के बाद जालौन पुलिस की साइबर टीम ने मामले की तकनीकी जांच की और बैंक स्टेटमेंट सहित अन्य डिजिटल साक्ष्यों का विश्लेषण किया। त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस ने पूरी रकम रिकवर कर पीड़ित के खाते में वापस करा दी। धनराशि वापस मिलने पर पीड़ित ने जालौन पुलिस एवं साइबर थाना टीम का आभार व्यक्त किया। पुलिस प्रशासन ने लोगों से अपील की है कि किसी भी अनजान कॉल, लिंक या केवाईसी अपडेट के नाम पर अपनी बैंकिंग जानकारी साझा न करें।
