बिहार में नीतिश कुमार सरकार के भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ 'जीरो टॉलरेंस' के दावों को आज धरातल पर एक बड़ी कामयाबी मिली है।
रोहतास जिले के सासाराम में निगरानी अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (Vigilance Investigation Bureau) ने एक ही दिन में, एक ही शहर में महज कुछ दूरी के फासले पर भ्रष्टाचार के दो बड़े किलों को ढहा दिया है।

इनमें सबसे बड़ी कार्रवाई सासाराम अंचल के अंचलाधिकारी (CO) आकाश कुमार रौनियार और उनके निजी सहायक सोनू कुमार के खिलाफ हुई है, जिन्हें 3,00,000 रुपये (तीन लाख) की मोटी घूस लेते हुए रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया गया।

​पूरा मामला और निगरानी का चक्रव्यूह,
​निगरानी अन्वेषण ब्यूरो द्वारा जारी आधिकारिक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति (संख्या 0-64/2026) के अनुसार, भ्रष्टाचार का यह खेल खुद अंचल कार्यालय के भीतर चल रहा था।
सासाराम अंचल के ही एक राजस्व कर्मचारी (परिवादी) राकेश कुमार ने पटना स्थित निगरानी ब्यूरो के कार्यालय में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी।

​शिकायत में आरोप था कि अंचलाधिकारी (CO) आकाश कुमार रौनियार द्वारा प्रत्येक दाखिल-खारिज (Mutation) के एवज में 50,000 रुपये और एक विशेष दाखिल-खारिज वाद (सं0-4499/2025-26) को निष्पादित करने के लिए कुल 8,00,000 (आठ लाख) रुपये रिश्वत की मांग की जा रही थी।

घूस न देने पर काम रोकने की मजबूरी खड़ी कर दी गई थी।

​निगरानी ब्यूरो ने जब गोपनीय तरीके से इस शिकायत का सत्यापन कराया, तो रिश्वत मांगे जाने का प्रमाण सही पाया गया।
इसके तुरंत बाद पुलिस अधीक्षक (निगरानी) के निर्देश पर पुलिस उपाधीक्षक पवन कुमार-I के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष 'धावादल' (Trapping Team) का गठन किया गया।
​22 मई 2026 को जैसे ही जाल बिछाया गया, वैसे ही सासाराम के बेदा, मोरसराय स्थित सीओ के निजी/किराए के आवास पर रिश्वत की पहली किस्त के रूप में 3,00,000 रुपये का लेन-देन हुआ।
सीओ साहब अपने निजी घरेलू सहायक सोनू कुमार के माध्यम से यह रकम समेट रहे थे।
ठीक इसी वक्त निगरानी की टीम ने धावा बोलकर दोनों को रंगे हाथों दबोच लिया। रिश्वत की पूरी रकम मौके से बरामद कर ली गई।

​प्रशासनिक महकमे में हड़कंप और जनता में संतोष
​इस हाई-प्रोफाइल गिरफ्तारी के बाद रोहतास जिले के प्रशासनिक गलियारे में हड़कंप मच गया है।

सासाराम अंचल कार्यालय पहले भी विवादों में रहा है (जहां कुछ समय पहले एक डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर भी घूस लेते पकड़ा गया था), लेकिन सीधे अंचलाधिकारी (CO) स्तर के अधिकारी का इस तरह दबोचा जाना यह दिखाता है कि बिहार में नीचे से लेकर ऊपर तक भ्रष्टाचार की जड़ें कितनी गहरी हैं।

​गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों को पूछताछ के बाद पटना स्थित माननीय विशेष न्यायालय (निगरानी) के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा।

​: जब रक्षक ही भक्षक बन जाएं,
​जमीन के दाखिल-खारिज (Mutation) के नाम पर बिहार के अंचल कार्यालयों में आम जनता और छोटे कर्मचारियों का शोषण कोई नई बात नहीं है।

लेकिन जब एक ज़िम्मेदार प्रशासनिक अधिकारी (CO) खुद लाखों रुपये की डील करने लगे, तो आम आदमी न्याय की उम्मीद किससे करे?

निगरानी ब्यूरो की यह त्वरित और गोपनीय कार्रवाई सराहनीय है।
सासाराम में इसी दिन सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय के एक लिपिक को भी 20 हजार लेते पकड़ा गया है, जिससे साफ है कि जिला स्तर पर भ्रष्टाचार चरम पर है।

सरकार को केवल इन 'ट्रैप्स' पर निर्भर रहने के बजाय अंचल कार्यालयों की पूरी व्यवस्था को पारदर्शी और डिजिटल रूप से पूरी तरह जवाबदेह बनाना होगा, ताकि कोई 'आकाश रौनियार' फिर किसी का हक न मार सके।

हंगामे की सूचना मिलते ही पोठिया थाना के अपर थानाध्यक्ष अमित कुमार पुलिस बल के साथ स्कूल पहुंचे। पुलिस ने हेडमास्टर से पूछताछ की और काफी देर तक बच्चों और उनके अभिभावकों को समझा-बुझाकर शांत कराया।

इस मामले को लेकर समेली प्रखंड के बीडीओ सत्येंद्र सिंह ने कहा है कि पूरा मामला बेहद गंभीर है और इसकी पूरी जांच कराई जा रही है। अगर जांच में शिकायतें सच पाई गईं, तो दोषी प्रधानाध्यापक के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि अगर शिक्षा विभाग समय-समय पर स्कूलों की जांच करता, तो आज बच्चों को पढ़ाई छोड़कर इस तरह सड़क पर नहीं आना पड़ता।

ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿನಗರ ಸಿಗ್ನಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಡಾಂಬರೀಕಾರಣ ಪೂಜೆ ಇಂದು ಪೂಜಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಂತೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಪೂಜೆಯಲ್ಲಿ especially ಕೆ.ಚನ್ನಸಂದ್ರ, ಪೂಜಾ ಗಾರ್ಡನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕನಕ ನಗರ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ ನೀರು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪೂಜೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಪೂಜಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಆಯಾ ವಾರ್ಡಿನ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಿನ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಸುಗಮಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ದಾಸರಹಳ್ಳಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಮಲ್ಲಸಂದ್ರ ವಾರ್ಡಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಶೌಚಾಲಯದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಗುದ್ದಲಿ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲ್ಲಸಂದ್ರ ವಾರ್ಡಿನ ನಿಕಟಪೂರ್ವ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಶಿಕುಮಾರ್, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಟಿ.ಎಸ್ ಗಂಗರಾಜು, ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ ಆರ್ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್, ಶ್ರೀ ಪಾಂಡುರಂಗರಾವ್, ಶ್ರೀ ಗವಿಯಣ್ಣ, ಶ್ರೀ ಗಂಗಾಧರ, ಶ್ರೀ ಉದಯಕುಮಾರ್, ಶ್ರೀ ಮುರುಗನ್(ಅಯ್ಯಾ), ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ವಿ. ಪಟ್ಟಣಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಕಾಂತರಾಜು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ದಾಸರಹಳ್ಳಿ: ದಾಸರಹಳ್ಳಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಬಾಗಲಗುಂಟೆ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಎಂಇಐ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯ ಅನೇಕ ಕುಂದು ಕೊರತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ದಾಸರಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಜನಸೇವಕರು ಸಹ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
