Urban and rural presidents of Ambala Loksabha Congress Committee received advice on building the organization and strengthening the party at Indira Bhawan, New Delhi

Yamunanagar/Ambala/Panchkula ।25/08/25: A one-day training program was organized for the district presidents of Haryana and Madhya Pradesh under the organization creation campaign at Delhi Indira Bhawan New Delhi. Both urban and rural presidents Mr. Devendra Singh and Mr. Narpal Singh, Pawan Aggarwal, Parminder singh Pari , Dushyant Chuhan, Sanjay Rana from Ambala Loksabha Haryana participated in this one-day training program and received many tips for building the organization and strengthening the party from National President Congress Party Mr. Mallikarjun Kharge , LOP Sh. Rahul Gandhi and National Organization Minister Mr. KC Venugopal.

Under the training program, the National President of the Congress Party, Shri Mallikarjun Kharge ji, while addressing all the district presidents, said that friends, we have declared the year 2025 as the year of organization creation.
The district president is the strongest link in the Congress organization. If a government has to be elected in the state, he plays an important role in getting the candidate elected in the Vidhan Sabha. If a government has to be formed in the country, your support is needed to win the Lok Sabha.
The district president forms a block committee under him. He forms divisional and booth committees. When you form these committees, take special care that all these people are loyal to the party and hardworking.
Most importantly, he should not waver from the ideology of the Congress party. Even if someone tempts him, his loyalty should remain with the Congress, such people are needed.
The Congress party ruled the country for a long time because of its strong organization. At that time, it was necessary for ministers to go to a district, so they had to first contact the district president. They had to go to the district office.
In between, there was a slight change in this tradition. Ministers started appointing their favourite people as district presidents. Ability and ideology started being ignored.
Rahul ji and I realised that without strengthening our organisation, without giving importance to district presidents, we cannot return to power strongly.
We have to constantly stay among the people through programs. We have to find ways in which people can connect with us. Support our ideology. Only then will our strength grow at the grassroots level.
We have to always keep increasing the enthusiasm and morale of our workers. Give them respect. If you share their joys and sorrows, your strength will automatically increase.
10. In the 2024 Haryana Assembly elections, we lost by only 8 seats. If we had got 22,779 more votes on these 8 seats, then today there would have been a Congress government in Haryana.
I have been told that there are about 27 such seats in Madhya Pradesh where vote theft has taken place in 2023. In 7 months, only 4 lakh votes increased, whereas in 2 months, 16 lakh votes increased. Rahul Gandhi ji told in his speech how votes were stolen in a planned manner in Mahadev Pura seat of Karnataka through a conspiracy. We came to know all this after 6 months of investigation.
The Election Commission did not give any answer at first. Now the whole country is understanding this. The BJP government and ECI have received a setback from the Supreme Court on SIR in Bihar.
The opposition wanted the Parliament to function and important issues of the people to be discussed. But the BJP government did not want important issues like SIR and vote theft to be discussed.
BJP will continue to cut the votes of our people with schemes like SIR. The biggest responsibility of the district president is that we have to be cautious for the entire 5 years.
We have to keep intensively checking our voter list so that if BJP people or BLOs delete the names of our people, we can catch them immediately.
We have to tell people that the right to vote (Universal Adult Franchise) for everyone in this country is the gift of Congress. Rajiv Gandhi reduced the voting age from 21 to 18 years so that the participation of youth in democracy could be increased.
