From the Lok Sabha elections to the assembly elections in Haryana, the AICC training team pulled the Congress out of the quagmire of weakness and strengthened it at the grassroots level

Chandigarh। 01 October: Keeping the Congress in mind regarding the Haryana Assembly elections, analysis of big news editors, market experts and political experts of Haryana has revealed that the All India Congress Committee has formed a group of coordinators, who are well-known politicians from various states outside Haryana, including former ministers and MLAs. The team of coordinators worked for more than a year to reach the grassroots level. Apart from this, a group of local Congress workers, who were part of the former Jawaharlal Nehru Leadership Initiative (JNLI), formed by Rahul Gandhi in 2008 to train elected members of the Youth Congress, actively participated in this Training and preparation process. The training team worked at the grassroots level in Haryana and made every possible effort to strengthen the Congress party. Despite there being no organization of Congress in Haryana, the booth level was strengthened and the flame of Congress was lit in every house. Mr. Babaria’s plan to deal with the situation without depending on the local leadership was with the blessings of the high command. The contribution made by the training team and coordinators of the All India Congress Committee really strengthens the party, even if there is no organization. Applications were sought from political candidates for MLA tickets, they were called personally and personal hearings were conducted, so that they could be taken into confidence. In some places all the applicants are working and campaigning with the Congress party. Direct intervention and reporting to the high command in all corners helped the party to coordinate to a great extent in the ongoing election. Such coordination was never seen in any election before, even during the parliamentary election. This process was successful during the parliamentary election and the AICC continued it on a large scale during the assembly elections.

Many news experts and big newspapers have revealed that the Congress Committee has fought the assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Haryana without any organization and is going to fight the assembly elections without any organization. In such a situation, a saying comes to mind that a drowning man clutches at straws, the same has been proved by the AICC training team, by clutching at straws, from the Lok Sabha elections to the assembly elections in Haryana, Congress was pulled out of the swamp of weakness and made it stand strong at the grassroots level, which is commendable. As an experiment in Haryana Lok Sabha elections, Congress top level appointed its training coordinators in 9 Lok Sabha constituencies of Haryana who worked on ground level throughout Lok Sabha elections without any appointment and proved that the training team strengthened Congress and helped Congress party win 5 Lok Sabha seats. After passing this test, Congress top level Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Mr. Deepak Babaria officially signed everyone for the upcoming assembly elections and gave guidelines to carry forward their work. With this enthusiasm and morale, the training team made every possible effort to take booth management to the booth level and today Congress is claiming a spectacular victory in Haryana.
