Air India Express spokesperson says, 'Pilots, aircrew take sick leave without giving any notice. As a result, all flights had to be cancelled. Passengers also face harassment. The organization has suffered a lot.'
The reason why the airmen did such an act has not yet been informed by the agency. However, according to sources, the anger over the changed salary structure has been simmering for a long time. The workers had already protested. As it did not work, the pilots actually took public leave on the excuse of illness. Meanwhile, the airmen are not coming to work. As a result, there has been a complete collapse.
In the meantime, the Center has sent a detailed report to the organization regarding the cancellation of the Air India Express flight. It is learned that the Ministry of Civil Aviation has asked to know the reason for the staff crisis. Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has sought a report from Vistara in this regard. He wanted to know the reason why so many flights have to be cancelled, why passengers have to be harassed even after buying tickets with so much money. It is learned that the organization has sent a mail to all the pilots asking them to sign the new salary structure as soon as possible. Otherwise strict action is called for.
