Subject:- One way traffic movement on Kishtwar-Sinthan National Highway via Sinthan Top

As per communication received from Sub Divisional Magistrate Kokernag vide his office no SDM/KNG/379-81 Dated 07-05-2024, a tracking event and a cricket match is being organized at Sinthan top under SVEEP Programme for enhancing voter participation in Up-Coming Elections, The event is scheduled on 09-05-2024. In this context it is ordered that the traffic shall ply from Anantnag towards Kishtwar on the day of event i.e 09-05-2024.

No traffic movement from Kishtwar to Anantnag via Sinthan top shall be allowed in view of the SVEEP programme on 09-05-2024.

However, on the following day i.e 10-05-2024, one way traffic movement shall be allowed from Kishtwar towards Anantnag via Sinthan Top (subject to the fair weather condition.)

Modified days/timing for commuters coming from Anantnag to Kishtwar

9:00 am to 12.00 pm

(Thursday, Saturday, Monday) (Timing to cross the Daksum police post)

Modified days/timing for commuters going from Kishtwar to Anantnag.

9:00 am to 12.00 pm (Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday) (Timing to cross the parna check post chingam)

The commuters are requested to plan their journey by adhering to all the directions of the order.
