The 5th cultural program cum get togather ceremony held on 28 August 2022 at Pillai Hall, Chaibasa, before the Karma festival.This year 2022,the Karma Festival will be celbrated on 06 September in Jharkhand including others states of India by Oraon tribal community.This event of cultural programme stared at 10 AM and finished at 7: 40 PM. In the morning, at 10 : 30 AM, the event was inaugurated by Sandeep Bakshi ( DDC ,West Singhbhum),Shashindra Kumar Badaik(SDO,West Singhbhum),Sunny Oraon (Chairman of Guru Ji Ashirwad Yojna),whereas, in the evening , Shri Ajay Linda (DIG, Kolhan Division, West Singhbhum) was present as chief guest along with his wife and son in this cultural programme of Oraon tribal.Besides him, Shri Ashutosh Shekhar, (Superintendent of Police, West Singhbhum) , Mr Dilip Khalkho(Sadar Sub-Divisional Police Officer), Mr. Doma Minj (Executive President of Chaibasa Municipal Corporation), Mr Gaurishankar Jha (President of Singhbhum Journalists Association) other important District Administrative Officers and eminent person of West Singhbhum district were also present at this event as a guest.Oraon folk dance, songs and other cultural programs were performed by participants during cultural programme.The spectator enjoyed a lot in this cultural event.The winners were given prize by chief guest and guest. The chief guest , Mr Ajay Linda given his valuable speech on importance of education and preservation of cultural and moral value to new generation.
