Painting competition & Cultural Programme organized by Kishtwar Police under CAP

Muntsir Giri Kishtwar Police today organised different programmes viz Painting competition & Cultural programee under Civic Action Programme (CAP) at District Police Lines (DPL) Kishtwar. On the occasion, DC Kishtwar Sh. Ashok Kumar Sharma-JKAS, SSP Kishtwar Sh. Shafqat Hussain-JKPS , ASP Kishtwar Shri Rajinder Singh-JKPS, and other senior officers of Police, civil administration, Artists, Senior citizens & Rtd. Police officers of Kishtwar were also present. The scintillating performances on patriotic songs by various artists kept the audiences glued to their chairs and each event received overwhelming response from the audience.The participants were felicitated with rewards. In yet another event Painting competition was also organised at DPL KIshtwar by kishtwar Police in which students from different schools of the district participated. The participants were felicitated with cash rewards. While addressing the participants, SSP Kishtwar Shri Shafqat Hussain Batt-JKPS informed the audience that the main aim behind holding such programmes is to move a step further towards the betterment of society for creating the general awareness among the people and to provide a platform to the young, budding and enthusiastic artists by showcasing their talent.
