My legal battle is with Sandeep Kaura, not with Kamboj Foundation / NS Rayat

Regarding the press release issued by Kamboj Foundation a day before,Shri N S Rayat , Chancellor Lamrin Tech Skills University and Chairman RERT said, that the land of Punjab is the land of martyrs. As a Punjabi, I sincerely respect and honor the martyrs. Till date, I have never said any abusive words about Kamboj Foundation, Shaheed Udham Singh and the university being built in the name of Shaheed Udham Singh, nor has the Rayat Educational Research Trust ever said anything.
My legal battle is only with Sandeep Singh Kaura, who was the then Chancellor of Lamrin Tech Skills University that time because this corruption directly attacks the right to education of the poor and needy, oppressed children. On which I am personally, Lamrin University and Rayat Educational and Research Trust are against these types of malpractices . I personally believe that this money which was received from NSDC Delhi was for the education of poor children and not for the personal use of any person, office bearer or the then university chancellor Sandeep Singh Kaura.
I personally believe that I support the university being built in the name of Shaheed Udham Singh and am also ready to help that. All the cases mentioned by Kamboj Foundation in its press conference are under consideration in the honorable court. Whatever decision the court comes out will be acceptable. The case registered against Sandeep Singh Kaura by the police has been filed only after the preliminary investigation by the police, which clearly reveals the corruption done by him. A lot of money has been diverted from the university funds by Mr Kaura.
Any allegation against me by Kamboj Foundation does not make Sandeep Singh Kaura,free from his misdeeds and corruption.
