Advocate Pankaj Kirpal Member Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee while welcoming the appointment of Jagtar Singh Sadhowal said that Jagtar Singh Sadhowal is a Taksali Congressman and with his appointment the Congress party in Garhshankar will be further strengthened.
