Kalol Taluka Hosts OPMD Workshop Led by Dr. Gautam Nayak

Kalol Taluka: Under the chairmanship of Dr. Gautam Nayak, an Oral Potential Malignancy Disorder (OPMD) workshop was organized by the Niramaya Charitable Trust. The event saw participation from key officials including Dr. Rajanaikant Patel, Dr. Vyas, and Dr. Soneri, all serving as superintendents. Dentists, medical officers, and the Chief Health Officer (CHO) of Kalol Taluka also attended the orientation session.

The workshop focused on educating and orienting the healthcare team of Kalol Taluka about oral potential malignancy disorders. The team from the Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) program was also present to support the initiative aimed at early detection and management of these conditions, enhancing local healthcare capabilities.
