1.)..It is a serious matter that there is no permanent electricity supply to the Eye and ENT, OT counter ,as a result of which machines are lying unused affecting the
smooth treatment of the patients.

2) It is reported that more than 1500 death of the patients have occurred till date.
As per government guidelines, Review of Death' cases should be conducted to minimise the mortality.

3) Referral Record Register should be maintained for follow up , monitoring and subsequent improvement of service
.
4) It is a matter of regret that even after expiry of 2 and 1/2 years ,the Gyenic and paediatric department have not been opened for which patients are suffering a lot

5) It is observed that most of the outsourcing employee are hailing from outside Keonjhar Districts. Therefore, preference should be given to local candidates.
Our demand is that the office of the outsourcing agency should be opened and function at Keonjhar Town sothat the eligible local candidates can avail opportunity for employment.

6) Despite our repeated demand, the ICU has not been opened causing sever harrasment to the patients

7) Another important problem is that due to weak Telcom Network is inside the medical,campus.
Patients and relatives are unable to contact the Ambulance driver.
So , telephone Network must be provided.as soon as possible.

8) Due to absence of Central AC inside the hospital patients are the worst sufferers during the hit summer The long pending demand of Central AC should be attended to without further delay.

9) The opening of AAHAR Kendra and Canteen is a long felt need.to provide food to the patient relatives and medical staff.
Therefore, steps should be initiated for opening of the same . urgently.

Special attention should be focused to these important issues sothat the the dream of our honourable Chief Minister to transform the Medical college as the 'Centre of Excellence,'would be fulfilled.
