Benefit to Reach 1,528 Members of 404 Ration Card Holder Families

Says, Committed to Ensuring Every Needy Person Receives the Benefits of Government Welfare Schemes

“Helping needy families and ensuring that the benefits of government welfare schemes reach every eligible person remains one of my top priorities”, said Dr. Ishank Kumar, MLA Chabbewal. Ration distribution initiatives play a vital role in providing relief to economically weaker sections of society, he further said while distributing ration kits under the Meri Rasoi Yojna in village Bassi Kalan.

On this occasion, ration assistance was provided to 404 ration card holder families, benefiting a total of 1,528 family members. A large number of villagers attended the programme and expressed their gratitude to the MLA for extending the benefits of the scheme to the people of Chabbewal. They also appreciated his efforts in ensuring that residents of the constituency received these benefits ahead of many other constituencies.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Dr. Ishank Kumar said that the Punjab Government remains committed to supporting every needy family and that he continuously strives to ensure that no eligible person is deprived of government welfare schemes. He added that the government is implementing various public welfare programmes aimed at improving the quality of life of poor and needy families.

The MLA further stated that several schemes related to education, healthcare, electricity, and social security are being implemented with the objective of providing relief and support to the common people. He urged residents to stay informed about government schemes and avail benefits for which they are eligible. He also assured people that they could approach him for any information or assistance regarding these schemes.

On this occasion, Sarpanch Seema chadha stated that the people of Chabbewal greatly appreciate the MLA’s working style, as he ensures the effective implementation of every public welfare scheme and extends support to economically weaker families, thereby providing much-needed relief to them.
