*Two more drug peddlers arrested with heroin in two Separate NDPS Cases by Udhampur Police

Udhampur, May 29:

Continuing its sustained crackdown against drug trafficking under the *Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyaan* Udhampur Police have apprehended two drug peddlers in separate operations and recovered heroin from their possession.

*In the first case*, Police Station Majalta intercepted a *Pulsar motorcycle bearing registration No. JK14F-0126* coming from Khoon Dhar road towards Majalta. The rider namely *Irfan Ahmed S/O Mohd Farooq R/O Bakhal Harteryan, Udhampur*, was found in possession of 4.5 grams of heroin.
Accordingly, *FIR No. 83/2026 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at PS Majalta*

*In another case*, *FIR No. 231/2026 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act* has been registered at PS Udhampur against *Satveer Singh S/O Ravinder Singh R/O Kunjwani, Jammu.* During the operation, heroin weighing 4.5 grams along with polypack was recovered.
The accused in both the cases have been arrested and further investigation is underway.
