National Saint Baba Bal Ji Leads Kirtan and Discourses on Ekadashi at Shri Radha Krishna Mandir, Kotla Kalan

On the occasion of Ekadashi at Shri Radha Krishna Mandir in Kotla Kalan, National Saint Baba Bal Ji joyfully led the congregation in kirtan with the support of local sangats. The Ekadashi festival was observed with deep love and devotion as Baba Bal Ji began the programme by uplifting attendees through discourses, reflections and devotional singing.
Addressing the gathering, Baba Bal Ji said that every person needs a guru in life to provide timely guidance. He emphasized that it is essential for devotees to follow the path shown by their guru and to remember God, so that obstacles in life do not cause them suffering. Various bhajan mandalis (devotional groups) sang in praise of the Lord’s glory during the event.
As with previous months, arrangements were made for the devotees who had observed the Ekadashi fast; sevadars distributed the meal (bhandara) to them with great affection. Baba Bal Ji Maharaj also bestowed naam-daan (initiation in the holy name) on devotees who sought it. A large number of devotees attended the gathering.
Ranjot Singh said that in this durbar (spiritual gathering) Ekadashi, Sankranti and other festivals are celebrated with great devotion from time to time.
