Retired Army Officer Presents Book on Vaishnav Bairagi History to "Mini Atal"

Dehradun, 24 May 2026:
Retired Military Officer and Historian Shri Naresh Das Vaishnav Nimbark met distinguished scholar Dr. Dayashankar Vidyalankar "Mini Atal" at Patanjali VedNidam Yog Sansthan (Trust), Haripur Kalan, Dehradun and presented his book "Mahant Bane Maharaja" — published from the United States of America.
Shri Deepak Swami Ji, State President Uttarakhand, Global Sanatan Vaishnav Bairagi Seva Sangathan, was also honoured with a copy.
About the Book:
The book establishes through three independent historical sources that a Vaishnav Bairagi dynasty ruled Delhi for fifty years. Two princely states of Chhattisgarh — Rajnandgaon (Est. 1765) and Chhui Khadan (Est. 1750) — were ruled by Nimbark Sampraday Mahants for 200 years until their merger with India on 1 January 1948.
