Hoshiarpur MLA Jimpa inaugurates road construction in Ward No. 31 worth Rs 20 lakh

Hoshiarpur MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa on Monday inaugurated road construction work in Ward No. 31 costing approximately Rs 20 lakh, saying the Punjab government has ensured all basic amenities across the state over the past four years, transforming both urban and rural landscapes.
Jimpa said extensive public-welfare works have been carried out across every area of Hoshiarpur city, including laying tube wells to ensure clean water supply, in addition to widening and repairing roads and lanes. He added that development works have been continuously undertaken across the city in response to public demand and that this process will continue to ensure citizens get essential basic facilities.
Under Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Manns leadership, Jimpa said, the states infrastructure has been strengthened, benefiting the common people greatly. He noted that the road being constructed in Ward No. 31 will be a major convenience for local residents and will make their movement easier.
Emphasizing that public demands and needs are being prioritised, Jimpa said the pace of development works has been accelerated. He directed the concerned officials to ensure the construction is completed on schedule and with quality workmanship.
Mayor Surinder Kumar, councilors Monika Katna, Balvinder Katna, Khairati Lal Katna, Madan Mohan Gupta, Mahinderpal Gupta, Kishan Lal, Deepak Arora, Lekhraj Sharma, Dr. Mahindra, Rakesh Bansal, Vipan Gupta and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
