FAKE DOCTOR ARRESTED IN WARASIGUDA ILLEGAL INJECTIONS AND MOBILE PHONE SEIZED

HYDERABAD: The Warasiguda Police on Saturday apprehended a notorious fake doctor who was illegally practicing medicine and playing with the lives of innocent public without holding any valid medical qualification. The police successfully busted this illegal racket running under the guise of "Madhava Medical Shop" in Warasiguda.

PARTICULARS OF THE ACCUSED:
The arrested accused has been identified as Nannuta Madhav (Age: 42 Yrs), R/o Warasiguda (Native of Bhupalpally). The accused is an Intermediate-failed individual and does not possess any medical, clinical, or pharmacy credentials.

MODUS OPERANDI:
Driven by extreme greed to make easy money, the accused set up an illegal clinical practice. Despite having no formal medical training, he cleverly misused the drug license belonging to his friend, Kunta Archana, to run his unauthorized medical business. He had been treating patients and operating the establishment illegally for the past year.

DECOY OPERATION & RECOVERY:
Acting on credible intelligence regarding his illicit medical activities, the Warasiguda Police planned and executed a swift decoy operation. A head constable in plain clothes approached the accused posing as a patient. While the accused was attempting to administer an injection to the undercover officer, the police team raided the premises and caught him red-handed.

During interrogation, the accused confessed to practicing medicine illegally for the past year and admitting to administering scheduled injections such as Diclofenac and TT (Tetanus Toxoid) without any valid doctor's prescription. Based on his voluntary confession, the Sub-Inspector seized the illegally stocked Diclofenac and TT injection vials along with a Samsung mobile phone used for his business transactions. A criminal case has been registered against the accused, and a detailed investigation is underway.

PUBLIC ADVISORY :
The Police department issues a stern warning that stringent legal action will be initiated against unauthorized individuals practicing medicine and endangering public life. Furthermore, the Warasiguda Police appeals to the general public to remain vigilant about their health and seek medical treatment strictly from qualified Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs/Doctors) at authorized clinics and hospitals.

Issued by Inspector of Police (SHO), Warasiguda Police Station, Secunderabad Zone, Hyderabad.
