Established in 1964 by renowned scholars and leaders of the Islamic world, it was founded by figures such as Hazrat Maulana Syed Abul Hasan Ali Nadwi, Hazrat Maulana Minatullah Rahmani, Qari Mohammad Tayyib, Maulana Syed Asad Madni, Maulana Manzoor Nomani, and other distinguished luminaries.
