Labourer Electrocuted Due to GESCOM Officer's Negligence in Bidar

Bidar: A labourer named Laxmiman, father of Zereppa, was electrocuted and seriously injured while attaching an electric wire to a pole to lay a hose line in the agricultural land of Nagura (B) village under the Santpur GESCOM office jurisdiction in Aura taluk. The incident occurred due to negligence by GESCOM officers. Laxmiman fell from the pole and is currently undergoing treatment at Khagasi Hospital in Bidar city.

Upon learning of the incident, co-workers and family members protested in front of the GESCOM office in Aura taluk. They demanded strict action against the lineman and Junior Engineer responsible for the accident and called for immediate reimbursement of medical expenses and compensation for the injured labourer's family.
