CII to Organise Business Transformation Workshop in Kolkata

Kolkata, June 2026: The Centre of Excellence on Employment & Livelihood, in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry, will organise a "Business Transformation Workshop for Entrepreneurs" in Kolkata this June. The initiative is designed to assist small and medium enterprises in strengthening their operations, enhancing profitability, and adapting to the changing business environment.

The workshop will offer practical strategies and hands-on sessions targeted at entrepreneurs, MSMEs, family-run businesses, and emerging enterprises. Industry experts and business mentors, as stated by the organisers, will cover topics such as business finance management, cash flow planning, team development, customer engagement, branding, digital transformation, GST and compliance simplification, and AI-based business solutions. The programme is curated for enterprises with 2–3 employees and turnover between ₹50 lakh and ₹10 crore across manufacturing, trading, and service sectors, with limited seats available for registration.
