Bihar govt launches portal, helpline number to resolve people's grievances

PATNA: (May 11) Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Monday launched an online portal and a helpline number for prompt resolution of peoples grievances concerning government departments in the state, officials said.

The Sahyog Portal' and toll-free helpline number 1100 was rolled out during the day for the purpose, they said.

The CM made it clear that strict departmental action, including suspension, would be initiated against those who fail to act on applications listed on the portal and issue orders accordingly within 30 days.
