Twenty firearms seized in Manipur

IMPHAL: (May 11) Security forces seized at least 20 firearms and ammunition in two separate operations in Manipur's Imphal West district, police said on Monday.

A cache of 16 arms and ammunition were seized from the Langol hill range under the Lamphel Police Station limits on Sunday, a statement said.

The recovered arms include ten pistols, an INSAS rifle, a .303 rifle, a detonator and five live rounds.
