Rayagada Juvenile Awareness Camp Organized by Odisha Police and UNICEF

Rayagada: A juvenile awareness camp was organized in Kalyansinghpur block by Odisha Police in collaboration with UNICEF. Police Director General Yogesh Kumar Khurania addressed young girls through a video, educating them on internet safety including protection against cyberbullying, online fraud, and explicit content. The camp also focused on teaching proper social media usage and safeguarding children's digital rights and privacy.

Rayagada: The program involved informing parents, teachers, and students about online safety measures. Police were trained to prevent cybercrime involving children and were guided on how to assist in filing complaints if cyber offenses occur. The event was attended by local officials including police officer Kalpana Behera, child development officer Mamata Rani Das, supervisor Jyotsnarani Panda, ASI Dileep Majhi, Sanjay Pattnayak, anganwadi workers, and adolescent girls. Local police fully supported the initiative.
