J&K Weather Forecast and Advisory from May 8 to 16

Jammu and Kashmir: The weather forecast for May 8 to 9 predicts generally dry conditions with isolated brief late afternoon showers possible. On May 10, dry weather is expected until evening, with brief showers likely in the evening or night.

From May 11 to 13, the region will experience generally cloudy skies with light to moderate rain and thundershowers at many places. There is a possibility of hailstorms, thunder, and gusty winds in some locations. From May 14 to 16, partly to generally cloudy weather is expected. Authorities have issued an advisory warning of thunder, lightning, and gusty winds of 40–50 kmph across Kashmir and parts of Jammu division from the evening of May 10 until May 13. Farmers are advised to continue farm operations until May 10. Day temperatures are forecasted to rise by 2–3°C over the next three days before falling by 3–5°C until May 13.
