President Patti Reddy Mahipal Reddy takes charge of primary agriculture corporative society Jagitial, May 07:

A new chapter has begun in the Jagityala Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society (PACS). The long-awaited process of assuming the responsibilities of the governing body was officially completed on Thursday. The new governing body members assumed responsibility today as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court and the government orders. Speaking on the occasion, the president of the society, Sri Pathireddy Mahipal Reddy, announced that the welfare of the farmers is their first priority. "We will provide the subsidies, loans and other services provided by the government to the farmers in a timely manner, we will constantly be available to the farmers and work for the development of the society," he expressed confidence.

The event was attended by members of the governing body Arumulla Gangaram, Kokkula Shankaraiah, Thota Gangarajam, Allala Ramesh Rao, Bethi Rajavva, Nilam Lakshmi, Yeleti Rajireddy, Kankanala Lingaiah, Boddula Pochamallaiah, Mupparapu Devamma Sangha Secretary Gajengi Venu and office staff. Local farmers are expressing happiness over the full-fledged governing body taking over after the legal process. They hope that the cooperative society will be more transparent and supportive of the farmers under the new governing body.
