Punjab’s dairy sector continues to witness remarkable progress, with Milkfed Punjab and its flagship brand Verka playing a key role in strengthening the rural economy and supporting milk producers. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, along with the guidance of Balaji Joshi and Managing Director Rahul Gupta, the organization is continuously expanding and modernizing its operations.
During this phase of rapid development, senior journalist and social worker Sanjiv Kumar held an insightful interaction with Bikramjit Singh Mahal, General Manager of Verka Milk Plant Mohali. In the discussion, Mr. Mahal highlighted that Verka has established itself as a trusted name synonymous with quality milk and dairy products. He stated that expansion work at the Mohali plant is progressing at a fast pace, with a vision to meet growing demand and explore international markets.
