Respected Sir,

I respectfully state that the material payment of the year 2022 and 2024 for Pyt Chowkian B is still pending. Despite the completion of work and submission of all required documents, the payment has not been released till date.

I have visited the office multiple times, but no clear reason has been provided for the delay. This is causing financial difficulty and inconvenience.

It is therefore requested that you kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to release the pending payment at the earliest.
