APEEJAY INSTITUTE CELEBRATES 26th ANNUAL PRIZE DISTRIBUTION FUNCTION WITH GRANDEUR

Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar, celebrated its 26th Annual Prize Distribution Function with great enthusiasm and grandeur under the visionary guidance of Sushma Paul Berlia and Neha Berlia.
The event was graced by Ojasvi Alankar, Additional Chief Administrator, GLADA Ludhiana, as the Chief Guest . The occasion was further dignified by the presence of Sucharita Sharma, along with noted educationists and academicians.
Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, President of NGO A4C Dasuya, attended the function as Special Guest, adding significance to the occasion with his continued contribution towards social awareness and community initiatives.
The programme commenced with a welcome address by Director Rajesh Bagga, who presented the Annual Report highlighting key academic achievements, industry collaborations, placements, and co-curricular accomplishments. He reiterated the institute’s commitment to academic excellence and holistic development, while appreciating the visionary leadership of the Apeejay group. Dr. Bagga also lauded Sanjeev Kumar for his commendable service to society and his role in strengthening the institute’s outreach initiatives.
Delivering the Presidential Address, Dr. Neha Berlia emphasized innovation, adaptability, and values-driven education. She encouraged students to pursue excellence with integrity and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
More than 300 students were honoured for their outstanding achievements in academics, sports, cultural activities, and inter-college competitions, including prestigious platforms such as Apeejay Pinnacle and Youth Festivals. Nakul Kohli (MBA) was awarded Mr. Pinnacle 2024, while Arushi Suri (B.Tech CSE) was crowned Ms. Pinnacle. Special recognitions were also given in categories like Best Singer, Best Actor, Best Dancer, and Best Compere.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Ojasvi Alankar inspired students with the message “Sheelam Param Bhushanam” (Character is the highest virtue). He highlighted the importance of integrity, discipline, and humility, and described “APEEJAY” as a representation of essential values—Ambition, Perseverance, Empathy, Emotional Intelligence, Judgement, Adaptability, and Yearning for growth.
The awards were distributed by the Chief Guest, Dr. Sucharita Sharma, and Director Dr. Rajesh Bagga.
A vibrant cultural programme added charm to the celebrations, featuring Saraswati Vandana, musical performances, energetic group dances, and a captivating Giddha performance that showcased Punjab’s rich cultural heritage.
The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Dr. Anu Sahi, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries and participants for making the event a memorable success.
