Bijupatnaik, Architect of Modern Odissa remembered

Tributes paid to the prabada purusha Bijubabu.

Damanjodi:On the 29th Shraddha divas of the Prabada purusha Bijubabu, the founder and architect of modern Orissa, on 17/4/2026, floral wreaths and tributes were paid to the statue of Bijubabu located in Sector one of Damanjodi .
On this occasion, NALCO CMD Brijendra Pratap Singh, ED Amarendra Kumar Mishra and Project ED VSS Anand, all the Vhief General Managers, SC&ST Association members, members of trade unions and other associate organizations,and associations paid tribute to the statue. Later, former MLA of Pottangi constituency Prafulla Kumar Pangi, former Sarpanch Damodar Jani, various senior citizens of the area, and journalists paid their respectful tributes.
