SUV rams into policemen in late night chase in Delhi; bleeding cop rushed to hospital
NEW DELHI: (Apr 17) A Delhi Police head constable was injured after being hit by a speeding SUV while on night patrol duty in the Mandir Marg area, police sources said on Friday.
The incident occurred on April 13 when head constable Mahendra, along with constable Deepesh, was on patrol duty from 8 pm to 8 am in the New Delhi district.
According to sources, at around 11 pm, Mahendra noticed a black SUV parked suspiciously near Aasharam Bapu Ashram while passing through Hanuman Mandir towards Vande Mataram Road.
