MNC conversion, harassment: Bajrang Dal stages protest, demands strict action against accused
NASHIK: (Apr 17) Activists of the Bajrang Dal on Friday staged a protest in Maharashtra's Nashik, demanding stringent punishment against those involved in the alleged religious conversion and sexual harassment at a unit of the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in the city.
Activists of the Hindutva outfit gathered outside the district collector's office and raised slogans condeming the incident.
Earlier this week, the police formed a special investigation team (SIT) to probe the complaints lodged by eight female employees of the multinational company, who claimed that senior colleagues mentally and sexually harassed them, while the human resources department ignored their complaints.
