Deaf-mute minor abducted, raped in UP's Banda; neighbour held

BANDA (UP): (Apr 17) A 16-year-old deaf-mute girl was allegedly abducted and raped by a neighbour in Baberu Kotwali area here, police said on Thursday.

The accused has been arrested and sent to jail, they added.

According to Station House Officer (SHO) Rajendra Singh Rajawat the the girl was allegedly kidnapped and taken to the accused's house on Wednesday evening.
