Subject: Objection to Unauthorized Reply by Sector-27 Police Station and Clarification Regarding Complaint No. 28801/RKE/04/11/2025

Respected Sir/Madam,

I wish to bring to your notice serious concerns regarding the handling of my complaint submitted in your office on 04/11/2025, bearing Complaint No. 28801/RKE/04/11/2025.

It is understood that the matter is under consideration at the DC Office, Sonipat. However, I am unable to comprehend how Sector-27 Police Station has issued a reply in this matter without any formal communication or direction conveyed to me from your office regarding such delegation. This raises concerns about procedural transparency and jurisdiction.

Further, I would like to clarify that my complaint pertains to reporting the use of duplicate/fake stamp papers, which is a matter of public interest and legal concern. As per applicable provisions and established practices, informants reporting such offences may be entitled to a reward (typically in the range of 20–25%), and my submission merely sought consideration under such provisions.

Instead of addressing the substance of the complaint, it is deeply concerning that Sector-27 Police Station has chosen to make allegations against the complainant. This approach is unjustified and discouraging. Reporting a potential crime should not result in harassment or counter-allegations against the informant.

I respectfully request:

Clarification on how and under what authority Sector-27 Police Station has intervened and issued a reply in a complaint submitted to the DC Office.

Assurance that my complaint will be examined objectively on its merits.

Appropriate action to ensure that no undue pressure or adverse action is taken against me for reporting a matter of public interest.

Consideration of my eligibility for reward as per applicable legal provisions, subject to verification of facts.

I trust that your office will uphold fairness, transparency, and the rule of law in this matter.
