INAUGURATION CEREMONY OF NEW BLOCK, JUNIOR WING

The New Block, Junior wing was inaugurated by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajan Roy (Senior Judge, Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court & Chairman Local Committee of Governors, La Martiniere College), at a grand ribbon-cutting ceremony. The solemn occasion was set against the backdrop of the college's picturesque surroundings.

The ceremony began with a soul-stirring prayer, "Showers of Blessing," melodiously rendered by the teachers' choir, setting a tone of gratitude and devotion. Mrs. Clover Everett, Head of the Junior School, extended a warm welcome to Justice Roy, who, in his address, fondly reminisced about his own school days at Cambridge Hall, Dehradun, and eloquently expressed his admiration for La Martiniere College's serene and inspiring environment.

The Principal, Mr. Gary Dominic Everett, in a gesture of esteem, presented a token of appreciation to Justice Roy, acknowledging his commitment to excellence. In his address, the Principal underscored the importance of holistic education, emphasizing the need to nurture students' intellectual, moral, and emotional growth. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to Rev. Fr. Lawrence, Parish priest Cathedral Church for his blessings, the Bursar Mr. Adrian Michael, and all authorities for their unwavering support. He also thanked the dedicated teachers, mess members, and ancillary staff for their tireless efforts.

The ceremony culminated with the rendition of the National Anthem, filling the air with patriotism and unity.
