Village problems

My name is Mohamad Ali Jaffari.I lived at small village named Matayen in Kargil District.My nearest town is Drass.Drass is also my block headquarter.In winter times my villages temperature falls down -50 digree.But there is nothing government facility.Local public facing many problems like medicine and other essential things.With this news channel I wanted to share these problems to India government.
