Rana Visits Surankote, Condoles Families of Kuwait Accident Victims


Surankote, April 12: Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, today visited Bachaianwali village in Surankote to express his heartfelt condolences to the families of four individuals who tragically lost their lives in a recent accident in Kuwait.

The Minister met the bereaved families and conveyed his deep sorrow over the untimely demise of their loved ones.

Standing in solidarity with them in this hour of grief, he prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls and for strength and resilience to the families to cope with the profound and irreparable loss.

He assured them that the government remains fully committed to supporting them during this difficult period.

Rana has also urged the Ministry of External Affairs to expedite all necessary legal and procedural formalities to ensure the early repatriation of the mortal remains.

He emphasized that it is essential for the families to perform the last rites of their loved ones in their native land with due dignity and respect.

The Minister further stated that he would personally take up the matter with the concerned authorities to ensure swift action and coordination.

Reaffirming the administration’s commitment, he said that every possible effort would be made to provide immediate relief and extend all necessary assistance to the affected families, ensuring they are not left alone in their time of profound grief.
