Cooperative Bank Modernization Completed in Muppalla: MLA Tangirala Soumya Reviews Progress

Modernization works at the Cooperative Society Bank in Muppalla village, Chandarlapadu Mandal, NTR District, were completed on Saturday. On this occasion, MLA Tangirala Soumya visited the bank, accompanied by Nettem Raghuram, Chairman of the Krishna District Cooperative Central Bank (KDCC). Inspecting the moderniza tion works undertaken at the bank, she held discussions with officials regarding the available facilities and infrastructure. She stated that the objective behind modernizing village-level cooperative institutions is to provide faster financial services to farmers, Self-HelpGroups, and local residents. Speaking on theoccasion, Chairman Nettem Raghuram remarked that the modernization would further enhance the bank's services and contribute to the economic development of farmers. He added that the government is focused on strengthening the rural banking system.
Local residents have expressed optimism that this developmentinitiative will pave the way for further progress in Muppalla, a village recently recognized as an "Outstanding Gram Panchayat." The event was attended by Nallani Ravi (Chairman of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society), local public representatives, bank officials, and leaders of various federations.
