NCP (SP) says to hit streets in Maharashtra to highlight pro-people issues
MUMBAI: (Apr 8) The Opposition Nationalist Congress Party (SP) on Wednesday said its workers in Maharashtra will take to the streets to highlight issues of public interest and seek their urgent resolution by the BJP-led government.
Maharashtra NCP (SP) president Shashikant Shinde said the Sharad Pawar-led party will take a firm stand on pro-people issues.
"We will take an aggressive stand by hitting the streets to ensure the issues of the people of Maharashtra are resolved by the ruling side," he asserted.
