⚠️ Customer Alert: My Terrible Experience with Amazon & Crossbeats ⚠️
I want to share my frustrating experience so others don’t fall into the same trap.
I purchased a Crossbeats product through Amazon (https://www.amazon.in), and it arrived damaged/defective. What followed was even worse than the product itself.
👉 When I contacted Amazon, they told me to reach out to Crossbeats.
👉 When I contacted Crossbeats Support (https://www.crossbeats.com), they pushed me back to Amazon.
Now I’m stuck in a loop where both companies are refusing to take responsibility.
This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I paid my hard-earned money expecting a working product and proper support — not this blame game.
❗ Is this how customers are treated?
❗ Is this how brands build trust?
It feels like a complete failure of accountability, leaving customers helpless after purchase.
I urge everyone to:
Be cautious while buying such products
Think twice before trusting after-sales support promises
Demand proper accountability from both seller and brand
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating this matter through consumer forums and other appropriate channels.
