Two killed as speeding car hits motorcycle in UP's Budaun

BUDAUN (UP): (Apr 7) Two men were killed after a speeding car rammed into their bike on the Budaun-Agra road here, police said on Tuesday.

The accident took place around 11.30 pm on Monday near the Bitroi railway crossing. The fast-moving car coming from the opposite direction hit their motorcycle head-on, they said.

The victims -- identified as Akash (20), a resident of Mujaria area in Budaun district, and his brother-in-law Sumit (21), a resident of Sambhal district -- were returning home after attending the last rites of a relative at Kachhla Ganga Ghat, they said.
