#BreakingNews : Shri Shiv Kumar Sharma, IPS formally assumed charge as the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Udhampur–Reasi Range, at the Range Police Headquarters, Udhampur. He succeeds Ms. Sarah Rizvi, IPS who has been appointed as Inspector General of Police (Crime), J&K.
Upon assuming office, DIG underscored his commitment to ensuring dedicated, transparent and corruption free policing.
Highlighting the significance of public trust, he expressed confidence in further strengthening police-public relations and maintaining peace, law and order across the Range.
