A felicitation function was held to honor police personnel retiring under the Hyderabad Commissionerate. The event was attended by senior officials, including V. C. Sajjanar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, K. Venkata Lakshmi, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Administration), and Nalla Shankar Reddy, President of the Police Officers’ Association and Secretary of the City Police Cooperative Society, along with other members.

During the function, the Commissioner extended his heartfelt wishes to the retiring officers, appreciating their dedicated service and valuable contributions to the department, and wishing them good health and happiness in their post-retirement life.

A total of 19 police personnel were honored, including 1 Inspector, 5 Sub-Inspectors, 10 ASIs/RSIs, and 3 Head Constables/ARHCs. They were presented with retirement benefits and mementos by the City Police Cooperative Society.

At the end of the programme, arrangements were made to drop the retired officers to their respective residences as a mark of respect and appreciation.
