Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Mar 31 Representatives of Alliance District 119 of Alliance family of Hoshiarpur participated in the 18th Convention of Alliance Club International, held in Jaipur, Ally. Ashok Puri, Ally. Advocate S.P. Rana, Ally. Ramesh Kumar, Ally. Dr. S.P. Joshi, District Governor Ally. Vivek Sahni, Ally. Ashwani Kumar Datta, and Ally. Dr. S.P. Joshi were especially present along with others on this occasion.
Following the 100-year history of Lions and Rotary, the 18th Convention of Alliance Clubs International, the international social service organization, concluded successfully in Jaipur. After honouring organizations working across the North, East, South, and West multiples at the national level, Ally. Manish Lakhotia (East Multiple) was elected as International President, Ally. M.L. Gupta (West Multiple) as Vice President, and Ally. Ashok Puri as Second Vice President for the year 2026-27.
This is the first time that the Alliance family of Punjab, active in the North Multiple since 2008, has received such representation. Ally. Ashok Puri remained active from 2004 to 2014 and has played a proactive role since 2015 in Himachal and the districts of Punjab bordering Himachal, including Pathankot, Hoshiarpur, Ropar, Ludhiana, and Nawanshahr. His success is a tribute to 22 years of hard work and successful administrative performance since 2004. A wave of joy is being observed among all Alliance members in Punjab on the election of Ally. Ashok Puri this year. Ally. Kamal K. Verma, Ally. Sumesh Kumar, Ally. Manoj Kumari, Ally. Naresh Chadha, and Ally. Narendra Joshi along with others were present in this convention. On this occasion, Ally. Ashok Puri stated that the North Multiple will further carry on the social service activities across all states of North India in future.
