*Report on Site Visit to Sir Syed Mission School*

Today, we had the privilege of welcoming Dr. Saudul Hasan, Member CISCE Board, along with our esteemed architect Mr. Mairaj Ahmad Baig, to the site of Sir Syed Mission School. The visit proved to be highly productive and encouraging.

Dr. Saudul Hasan shared several valuable suggestions regarding academic planning, infrastructure utilization, and future readiness of the institution. His guidance is of immense importance to us and will certainly help in shaping the school into a center of excellence.

During the visit, the progress of construction was reviewed in detail. It was decided that priority will be given to completing the extreme right block at the earliest. The roofs of the Ground Floor and First Floor have already been successfully cast, and work on laying the slab for the Second Floor is currently in progress. Additionally, internal plaster work on the Ground Floor is underway, while plumbing work is scheduled to commence shortly.

We are grateful to all our donors and well-wishers whose continuous support has enabled us to reach this significant stage. Their trust and contributions have been instrumental in the steady progress of the project.

With the blessings of Almighty Allah, we are confident that the remaining stages will be completed smoothly. We aim to commence the functioning of the school from the next academic session, In Sha Allah.
