Assam Police officer doesn't follow Covid protocol

Gitartha chaudhary a Assam police SI posted in Sivasagar doesn't follow Covid protocol set by the administration here.
Gitartha's wife Jayshree was tested positive for Covid 19 on 30th may after that health department sent Jayshree  for home isolation till 13th june along with her husband Gitartha.

The apartment where this couple resides declared as  a containmentt zone ,but surprisingly on Friday SI Gitartha torn down the poster of containment  zone and moves out  from the apartment whereas other inmates of the apartment were remain confined and following the protocol laid down by the administration. Now the question is , rules and regulations are Only set for common people ??
