Georgia 26/03/2026:- After a bronze medal by Kokila on Day 1 of the IBSA World Cup Judo Championships, Renuka Narayan Salave delivered an outstanding performance playing in the J1 Below 70 kg category on day 2 of the championship.

Displaying exceptional skill and confidence, in the bronze medal fight, Renuka secured a remarkable victory against her opponent from Kazakhstan in just 30 seconds! She first scored a waza-ari and quickly followed it up with a decisive ippon, sealing the bout in style.

Her incredible effort and determination earned her a bronze medal — a truly commendable achievement on the international stage!

Apart from the above, Avidha Sharma secured fifth position in the J1 below 70 kg weight category, Gulshan secured seventh position in the J2 below 70 kg weight category and Deepak Rani secured seventh position in the J2 above 70 kg weight category.
