The protest was initiated after the deduction of two and a half days’ salary, which sparked widespread dissatisfaction among the staff members.
Despite repeated appeals, the agitating employees have continued their strike, demanding immediate resolution of the issue and restoration of their deducted wages. Patients visiting the hospital are facing significant inconvenience due to limited medical services and staff shortages.
Authorities have yet to reach a consensus with the protesting staff, and the situation remains tense. Locals have expressed concern over the prolonged disruption in healthcare services, urging the administration to intervene and resolve the matter at the earliest.
