Rekha Gupta meets family members of Palam fire accident victims, consoles them

NEW DELHI: (Mar 25) Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday met family members of the deceased in the Palam fire accident that claimed nine lives last week, and expressed her deepest condolences to them.

She visited Palam in South West Delhi to meet the affected family members and said that the Delhi government stood with them in complete sensitivity at their difficult hour.

"The untimely death of innocent people in the horrific Palam fire is extremely painful and heart-rending. Met the bereaved family today and expressed my deepest condolences and consoled them. The pain of losing one's own is unbearable and cannot be expressed in words," she said in a post on X.
